Traditional European sweet yeast cake,
topped with “Zwetschgen” plums, and
with buttery-cinnamon streusel “A must try!”
* Zwetschgen are an European style plum,
they have firmer flesh then regular round
sweet plums. Zwetschgen are very much
a delight when baked, tart and juicy.
They are only available in August-September.
“I recommend to serve the cake with some
fresh vanilla whipped cream or with
my Vanilla Crème Anglaise, offered in 2 sizes!”
Bread flour( wheat flour enriched, malted barley flour, niacin,
reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid),
yeast, milk,eggs, sugar, salt, butter, vanilla bean paste,
